1.1 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • Metro Areas: 5-7 Business days
  • Regional Areas: 7-10 Business days
  • Remote Areas/out of state and globally: 10-15 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, natural disasters, or peak periods.

1.2 Receiving Your Order

  • Customers can opt for attended or unattended delivery.
  • If you authorise "Authority to Leave" (ATL), you accept full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
  • If re-delivery is required due to incorrect details or failed attempts, additional fees may apply.

1.3 Transit Damage & Lost Shipments

  • Customers must inspect their mirrors upon delivery and report any transit damage within 24 hours.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution accordingly.
