1. Returns & Refunds

1.1 No Change-of-Mind Returns

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction with personal preference.

1.2 Defective Products

  • Defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

1.3 Non-Returnable Situations

  • Damage occurring after delivery due to mishandling or improper installation.
  • Custom-cut mirrors that cannot be resold.

2. Product Warranty

  • Normal Mirrors: No warranty applies unless the product is defective upon arrival.
  • Splashbacks: Covered by a 10-year warranty (see Section 4).
  • Custom Installations: Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, not damage from external factors.

3. Installation & Liability

  • We recommend professional installation for all mirrors.
  • Ultimate Mirrors is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from improper handling, incorrect installation, or misuse of the product.
  • Any modifications to the product post-purchase void the warranty.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Ultimate Mirrors and may not be copied, modified, or used without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
